Batteries do not like heat. This matters in Dubai.

In a well-cooled server room, APC UPS batteries behave closer to expected runtime and service life. In a warm storage room, electrical closet, or small office cabinet without airflow, battery performance drops faster. A UPS installed near a window, above a false ceiling, beside a hot switch stack, or in a room where AC is turned off after office hours will age faster than the same UPS in a cooled IT room.
