Always. Product quotes are free and same-day. Project quotes that require a site visit assessment are also free — we never charge for assessments. The quote is a fixed AED price with no hidden charges.
Can I visit your office?
Yes. Our Dubai office is open Mon–Sat. Walk-ins are welcome for product collection. For project discussions or product demonstrations, please call ahead so the right engineer is available when you arrive.
Do you cover all UAE emirates?
Yes. We install and support across all seven emirates. Dubai gets same-day site visits. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman: next business day. RAK, Fujairah and UAQ: within 48 hours. Remote support is available immediately for all locations.
Do you provide quotes for projects outside UAE?
Yes. We supply equipment to the Middle East and Africa region with full export documentation. WhatsApp your product list and destination country — we confirm stock, pricing and freight options within the hour.
Will I get a sales pitch or follow-up calls?
