The Cisco SF500-48P Dubai supports IEEE802.@ PoE+ which provides up to 30 watts of power per port. Power is delivered in low-power mode so that only the amount of power needed is delivered to the end-point and not wasted. This allows the SF500-48P Dubai Switch to support devices that require more power, such as the dual-band 802.11n wireless access points, IP video phones, surveillance cameras, etc.
