My 3CX licence expired this morning and the phones stopped working. Can you fix this today?

Yes. WhatsApp us your renewal notice or the 3CX management console URL. We verify the licence details, confirm the renewal price, and once payment is confirmed we process the renewal through the 3CX partner portal. Most 3CX licence renewals are activated within 2–4 hours of payment. If the system entered the grace period shutdown, it restarts automatically once the licence is applied.

What's the difference between a 3CX subscription renewal and a licence upgrade?

A renewal keeps you on your current licence tier for another year — same simultaneous calls, same features. An upgrade moves you to a higher tier: more simultaneous calls, or from Standard to Pro or Enterprise. Both are annual. When we renew, we check whether your current tier still fits your actual call volume. If you're consistently hitting the ceiling, we'll tell you — and give you the cost difference before you decide.

Yeastar Linkus stopped working for all staff at the same time. What happened?

That's the signature of a Yeastar Linkus Cloud Service expiry. When the Linkus Cloud subscription ends, every user loses mobile and remote access simultaneously — which is why it looks like a system failure rather than a subscription issue. The core PBX keeps working for desk phones. We renew the Linkus Cloud subscription through the Yeastar partner portal and restore full access, usually within the same business day.

My NEC PABX has no support since NEC left the market. Can you still service it?

Yes. NEC exited the global hardware PBX business at the end of 2024 but the systems continue to work. Vector Dubai services the NEC SL2100, UNIVERGE SV9100, and older ASPIRE series. We have the programming tools, the experience, and access to remaining spare parts. We'll also give you an honest view of whether continued support makes sense long-term or whether migration planning is the better decision for your situation.

How much does PABX support and 3CX licence renewal cost in Dubai?

Remote support sessions start from AED 150 + VAT. On-site visits are quoted based on scope and location. 3CX licence renewal pricing depends on your current licence tier and simultaneous calls — small offices on 8SC start around AED 800 per year, enterprise licences go higher. Can you configure our Etisalat SIP trunk on a 3CX or Grandstream system?

Yes. We configure Etisalat (e&) and du SIP trunks on 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream UCM, NEC SL2100, and Panasonic KX-NS. Etisalat and du both have specific settings that differ from generic SIP trunks — registration interval, codec preferences, and authentication type all matter. We've configured hundreds of these across Dubai offices. Most SIP trunk configurations are resolved in a single remote session.

What does IVR setup in Dubai cost and how long does it take?

IVR setup starts from AED 250 + VAT for a basic single-level menu on an existing system. Professional audio recording — a real voice, not text-to-speech — is available as an add-on. Complex multi-level IVR with time-based routing and department menus is quoted based on the number of levels and call flows required. Most IVR setups are completed in a single session. We test all routing live before handing over.

Can you support a Panasonic KX-NS700 that was installed by another company?

Yes. We support Panasonic KX-NS systems regardless of who installed them. We have PC Programming Software configured and engineers who know the platform. Adding extensions, adjusting IVR routing, configuring SIP trunks — all doable on existing Panasonic installations without needing to start from scratch.

My Grandstream UCM6510 extensions keep dropping. Is this a system fault?

Probably not a hardware fault. Extension dropping on Grandstream UCM is almost always a network issue — IP address conflict, PoE switch instability, or the PBX firewall settings blocking re-registration attempts after a timeout. We diagnose via the UCM web interface in a remote session. If it's happening after a network change — new router, new switch — that's usually the first place to look.

How quickly can you respond to a PABX support call in Dubai?

WhatsApp messages during business hours — 8AM to 6PM, Monday to Saturday — are responded to within 30 minutes. For 3CX licence expiry and Yeastar Linkus issues, we aim to have the fix in progress within the same session. Remote support can start the same day for most issues.
