2 – 6 People
An all-in-one video bar below the display handles camera, microphone and speaker in a single device. No external PC required. The Yealink MeetingBar A20 and HP Poly Studio X30 are the most deployed huddle solutions in Dubai. Both include auto-framing and AI noise cancellation. Add a Yealink CTP18 or Logitech Tap touch panel for full Teams control on the conference table.
6 – 12 People
Medium rooms need wider camera range and broader audio coverage. The Yealink MeetingBar A50, HP Poly Studio E2 and Logitech Rally Bar are the standard solutions. All three are Android-based video bars with no external PC required. The Logitech Rally Bar has the widest field of view at 120° and suits rooms wider than they are deep. The Yealink A50 has the most advanced dual-eye AI framing. Room booking panels are commonly added for offices with multiple rooms.
12 – 20+ People
Large boardrooms need a Windows-based system with a dedicated compute unit, a PTZ camera for zoom and pan control, and a ceiling or table microphone array covering the full table. The Yealink MVC640 and MVC860 use a Windows mini-PC, a PTZ camera with 12× optical zoom, and a centrally placed speakerphone or ceiling mic array. Dual-display setups — video on one screen, content on the other — are standard. We design the AV layout before specifying hardware for large rooms.

HP Poly Studio Series

Can Teams Rooms make and receive external phone calls in the UAE?
Yes — requires Teams Direct Routing configured on your PABX and a Teams Rooms Pro licence. The room device then makes and receives PSTN calls using a UAE business number from Etisalat or du. VDS configures Teams Rooms hardware and Direct Routing as a combined engagement.
How long does installation take per room?
Half a day to one full day per room including mounting, Microsoft 365 resource account setup, device configuration, testing and handover. Multi-room deployments are scheduled across days. Hardware from our Dubai warehouse is typically same-week for standard models.
Do we need to replace our existing displays?
