eShare Wireless Conferencing in Dubai —
Nothing to Install. Ever.

The auditor from the bank opens her locked-down laptop. No admin rights, no installs allowed, IT policy carved in stone. She plugs the eShare dongle from the table, presses the button — and she is presenting on the room screen, running her Teams call on the room's camera and microphone. Nothing was installed. Nothing was asked. That is eShare: full wireless conferencing with zero software, supplied and installed by VDS across all seven UAE emirates.

What eShare Does

The dongle on the table runs the whole meeting

A guest walks into your meeting room and sees one small USB-C dongle waiting on the table. They plug it into their laptop and press the button — their screen is on the room display. Press the conference button, and the room's camera, microphone and speakers are serving their laptop too. eShare is AV Access's wireless presentation and conferencing line: three systems — W90, W80, W50 — and three dongles — D10, D20, D30 — covering every room from a huddle space to a dual-screen training room.

🔘
One click — and switching is automatic
Plug the dongle, press, present. When the next person connects, the system switches to them automatically — no input changing, no "can you see my screen?", no remote control hunt. Presenters flow through a meeting the way conversation does.
Auto presenter switching
📲
Every device, no app
iPhones, iPads and Macs cast via AirPlay; Android and Windows via Miracast; the W90 adds Chromecast. The Wi-Fi access details appear right on the room display, so a first-time guest connects in seconds without asking anyone for a password.
AirPlay · Miracast · Chromecast
🎥
Your meeting, the room's AV
Open Teams, Zoom or Webex on your own laptop — the call runs on the room's professional camera, microphone and speakers through the wireless link. Remote participants see and hear the whole room, not a laptop webcam pointed at the ceiling.
BYOM · Any platform
eShare in Your Video Meetings

What actually happens when the meeting is a Teams or Zoom call

Wireless screen sharing is only the start. The real test is the video call — remote people, a room camera, sometimes a fixed room PC already wired in. eShare handles all three situations.

🎥
1 · Your laptop runs the call on the room's AV
Plug the D20 dongle, press the conference button, open Teams, Zoom or Webex on your own laptop — the room's camera, microphone and speakers serve the call instead of your laptop's built-in hardware. Remote participants see and hear the whole room. Nothing installed, on any laptop.
BYOM · Zero software
🖥️
2 · Four screens in one meeting
Up to four people connect and share simultaneously, side by side in 4K quad-view on the W90 — proposals compared live, trainees reviewed together, the remote feed kept visible next to local content on the second display. Switching between presenters is automatic.
Quad-view · Auto switching
🔀
3 · Alongside your fixed room PC
The W80's two HDMI inputs keep a resident room PC wired in as the permanent source while everyone else joins wirelessly by dongle, AirPlay or Miracast — the display switches between wired and wireless automatically. You keep the setup that works and add the wireless layer on top.

eShare W90 wireless video conferencing connection diagram — guest laptop with D20 dongle using Logitech Rally Bar camera and audio, nothing installed

How it connects: the guest laptop runs the meeting with nothing installed — the eShare W90 bridges the display, camera and audio wirelessly through the D20 dongle.

The Dongle Decides the Experience

D10, D20 or D30 — the choice that matters more than the box

Two eShare rooms can feel completely different depending on which dongle sits on the table. The software question, the casting quality, the conferencing capability — all of it follows the dongle. Here is the decision, made clear.

Kit Wireless casting Wireless conferencing (BYOM) Software needed Best for
W50 + D10 ✓ Dongle, AirPlay, Miracast Wired only — connect USB-C cable to control room peripherals None Presentation-first huddle rooms
W80 + D20 ✓ Dongle, AirPlay, Miracast ✓ Wireless — conference button on the dongle None — zero software, entire meeting Guest-heavy meeting rooms
W90 + D20 ✓ Dongle, AirPlay, Miracast, Chromecast ✓ Wireless — conference button on the dongle None — zero software, entire meeting Flagship rooms hosting locked-down laptops
W90 + D30 ✓ Dongle at 4K30 with audio, AirPlay, Miracast, Chromecast ✓ Wireless — camera and speakerphone return Desktop app for the conference function (casting needs none) Rooms wanting the highest dongle casting quality
The short version: if your room hosts external guests — auditors, clients, consultants on laptops that allow no installs — the D20 kits are the answer: full wireless conferencing with literally nothing installed. If your own team wants the highest-quality dongle casting and doesn't mind a one-time app, the W90 + D30 takes it further. VDS pairs the right dongle to the room when we quote.

The Single-Cable Room

One USB-C cable: screen, sound, camera, network and 65W of power

The presenter who sits at the head of the table every day shouldn't need a dongle ritual — or a dying battery. The W90's full-featured USB-C port replaces a docking station entirely.

🔌
Five jobs, one cable
Video to the displays, audio to the room, USB 3.0 data at 5Gbps to the camera and speakerphone, Gigabit Ethernet network access, and 65W laptop charging — simultaneously, through a single USB-C cable to the table. The laptop arrives at 30% battery and leaves at 100%.

Quad-view on dual displays
Up to four sources on one 4K screen — a presenter, a remote feed, a reference document and a second laptop, side by side. Two HDMI outputs drive two displays for boardrooms and training rooms that need the call on one screen and content on the other.

🌐
Two networks, kept apart
Dual Gigabit Ethernet separates the company network from the guest side on the device itself — and with network access also flowing through the USB-C input, the W90 removes the need for a separate network switch in the room. Visitors cast and conference all day without touching internal systems; IT saves a device and a conversation.

Cameras & Audio · Open Ecosystem

Bring your own camera — or take the matched kit

eShare's three USB 3.0 ports take standard USB conferencing devices, so the camera decision stays yours. Two clean paths:

The brands you may already own
AVerVC520 Pro3 and CAM series USB cameras; VDS is the regional AVer USB VC distributor.
Poly (HP, formerly Polycom) — Studio series USB cameras and video bars.
Logitech — Rally, MeetUp and Brio conference cameras.
Jabra — PanaCast cameras and Speak speakerphones.

Already have a camera installed? Send the model on WhatsApp — we confirm compatibility before you spend anything.
The AV Access matched ecosystem
BizEye 80 / BizEye 90 — 4K USB cameras built for eShare.
AnyCo A6 — daisy-chain speakerphones that scale with table length.
AnyCo V8 — all-in-one video bar for the single-device room.

One manufacturer end to end means plug-and-play pairing with no tuning. VDS supplies the complete kit — system, dongle, camera, audio — installed and tested as one package.

Support, firmware and quick fixes

eShare runs without a cloud account or subscription — which also means keeping it healthy is simple. VDS supports eShare units across the UAE, including units we didn't sell.

Firmware and settings
Updates: through the built-in web UI, or directly from a USB drive on the rear USB-A port — no cloud dependency.
Device info: short-press the front reset button and the OSD shows the device details on screen for ten seconds.
Factory reset: press and hold the same button — settings return to default when handing a room over or troubleshooting.
Wi-Fi access: the SSID matches the device name and shows on the display, so guests never need to ask.
When something isn't right
Dongle not pairing: plug it into the front USB-C port of the system — pairing runs automatically and "Pairing Successful" appears on the connected display.
Casting drops: usually firmware mismatch or Wi-Fi interference — update the unit first.
Camera not appearing on the laptop: confirm the camera sits on a USB 3.0 port of the system and the conference button on the dongle is active.

Still stuck? WhatsApp the model and the symptom — VDS diagnoses and services eShare across all seven emirates, with support contracts for multi-room fleets.

"Our visitors are mostly auditors and bank officers — laptops where nothing can be installed. VDS recommended the W90 with the D20 dongle and it solved the exact problem: they plug in, press the button, and run their call on our room camera. Nobody asks for IT anymore."
★★★★★
"We took eight W80 kits from VDS for client meeting rooms across two office buildings. The price against the systems we compared made the decision easy, and the no-software dongle means our reception team never trains a guest. Shipment to Dar es Salaam was handled completely by VDS."
★★★★★
"The training room was the test — four trainee laptops on one screen with quad-view, and the trainer's iPad on AirPlay. VDS installed the W90 with our existing Logitech camera in an afternoon. The single USB-C cable charging the presenter's laptop was the detail everyone noticed."

eShare Wireless Conferencing — Frequently Asked Questions

What is eShare and who makes it?
eShare is a wireless presentation and conferencing product line by AV Access, a Pro AV manufacturer. The series includes three systems — W90, W80 and W50 — and three USB-C dongles — D10, D20 and D30. Pick up the dongle on the meeting table, plug it into your laptop, press the button, and your screen is on the room display — on conferencing kits, the room camera and speakerphone also connect to your laptop wirelessly. VDS supplies, installs and supports eShare across the UAE.
Which eShare model is right for my meeting room?
The W50 with D10 dongle is the entry wireless presentation kit for huddle rooms — screen sharing wirelessly, with conferencing available over a wired USB-C connection. The W80 with D20 adds full wireless conferencing (BYOM) with zero software, ideal for huddle and small-to-medium meeting rooms. The W90 is the flagship for meeting and training rooms: 4K60 output, quad-view, dual HDMI outputs, 65W USB-C charging and dual Ethernet network isolation, paired with the D20 for zero-software conferencing or the D30 for higher-quality dongle casting. VDS recommends by room, not by price.
How much does eShare cost in Dubai?
Indicative VDS pricing including supply, installation and configuration: eShare W50 + D10 presentation kit from AED 2,900 to 3,900. eShare W80 + D20 wireless conferencing kit from AED 4,200 to 5,900. eShare W90 flagship kits with D20 or D30 from AED 5,500 to 7,900 depending on dual-display setup and camera bundling. WhatsApp us your room details for an exact same-day quote.
Does eShare need any software or app installed?
For wireless casting — no, on every model: AirPlay, Miracast and the dongle all work without installing anything. For wireless conferencing it depends on the dongle: the D20 delivers full wireless conferencing with zero software — nothing installed at any point in the meeting — which is why it is the right choice for rooms hosting guests on locked-down corporate laptops. The D30 casts without software, but its camera and speakerphone return for conferencing uses a desktop application, in exchange for 4K30 dongle casting with audio. VDS configures whichever path fits your IT environment.
What is the difference between the eShare D10, D20 and D30 dongles?
All three are USB-C dongles for one-click sharing. The D10 (pairs with W50) is casting-only — it does not control the room's USB camera or speakerphone. The D20 (pairs with W80 and W90) adds the wireless conference button: the room camera and speakerphone connect to your laptop with zero software installed. The D30 (pairs with W90) casts at up to 4K30 with audio and supports camera and speakerphone return through a desktop application, with separate casting and conference buttons. The dongle decides the experience — choose it as carefully as the box.
Does eShare work with Microsoft Teams and Zoom?
Yes. eShare is platform-agnostic: the meeting runs on your laptop, so Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex or any other platform uses the room camera, microphone and speakers once the wireless link is active. There is no platform lock-in and no room-system subscription.
Which cameras and speakerphones work with eShare?
eShare works with standard USB conferencing devices through its three USB 3.0 ports. AV Access's own ecosystem — BizEye 80 and BizEye 90 4K cameras, AnyCo A6 daisy-chain speakerphones, AnyCo V8 video bar — is plug-and-play, and popular brands including Logitech, Jabra and Poly are supported. VDS also supplies and tests AVer USB cameras with eShare, quoting the camera and the system as one tested bundle.
Can guests with locked-down corporate laptops use eShare?
Yes — this is eShare's strongest feature. With the W80 + D20 or W90 + D20 kits, a guest plugs the dongle into their laptop and gets full wireless conferencing — screen, room camera, microphone and speakers — without installing anything. No admin rights, no driver, no app, no network login. Banks, auditors, government visitors and consultants on hardened laptops present and conference exactly like everyone else.
How does eShare keep the company network secure from guests?
The eShare W90 has dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with network isolation — the internal company network and the guest network stay physically separated on the device. Guests cast and conference without touching company data. The W90 also carries two built-in Wi-Fi modules, and the Wi-Fi access details appear on the room display for guests. VDS configures the network separation with your IT team during installation.
Can the eShare W90 charge my laptop?
Yes. The W90's full-featured USB-C port delivers up to 65W laptop charging while simultaneously carrying video, audio, USB 3.0 data at 5Gbps and Gigabit Ethernet network access — one cable doing the job of a docking station. A presenter connects a single USB-C cable and gets the display, the room peripherals, the network and power together.
What is quad-view on the eShare W90?
Quad-view displays up to four sources on one screen simultaneously in 4K — four laptops side by side, or a presenter plus reference documents plus a remote feed. The W80 supports dual-view with two sources. For training rooms and collaborative sessions where multiple people share at once, this removes the constant switching between presenters — and switching is automatic when sources connect, with no manual input change needed.
How many people can connect to eShare at the same time?
The eShare W90 allows up to four users to connect and share content on the display simultaneously — shown side by side in quad-view on one 4K screen. The W80 supports two simultaneous sources in dual-view. Presenters beyond that simply press their dongle button to take over, with switching handled automatically. For most meeting and training rooms, four simultaneous screens covers every realistic scenario.
What is the difference between the eShare W90 and W80?
The interfaces tell the story. The W90 has one full-featured USB-C input (with 65W charging, data and network) plus one HDMI input and two HDMI outputs — built for laptops docking over a single USB-C cable, with quad-view for four sources and dual Gigabit Ethernet network isolation. The W80 has two HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs — built for rooms that keep a resident PC or fixed source wired in while guests connect wirelessly, with dual-view for two sources. Same dongle, same zero-software conferencing with the D20; the choice is how your room actually connects.
Our meeting room has a fixed room PC — does eShare still make sense?
Yes — that is exactly what the W80's two HDMI inputs are for. The room PC stays wired into one HDMI input as the permanent source, a second wired source can occupy the other, and everyone else connects wirelessly by dongle, AirPlay or Miracast. The display switches between wired and wireless sources automatically. You keep the setup that works and add the wireless layer on top.
Can people share from an iPhone or Android device on eShare?
Yes. iPhones, iPads and Macs share via AirPlay; Android devices and Windows laptops share via Miracast — no app required. The room display shows the Wi-Fi access details so guests connect in seconds. The W90 additionally supports Chromecast casting.
How fast does eShare connect — will guests still wait?
No waiting. Plug the dongle, press the button, and the screen is up in seconds — faster than finding an HDMI adapter in a drawer. AirPlay and Miracast connections are equally quick because the Wi-Fi access details are shown on the room display. The meeting starts when the people sit down.
Does eShare need a fast internet connection to work?
No. eShare runs on its own built-in Wi-Fi and your local office network — the casting and conferencing traffic never goes over the internet. You need a stable local signal in the room, not fast internet. Internet is only involved when downloading firmware updates.
eShare or Barco ClickShare — which should we choose?
VDS supplies both, so the advice is by requirement, not by margin. ClickShare brings ISO-certified security, cloud fleet management and the brand trust enterprise IT departments already recognise — the boardroom and governance choice. eShare delivers the same core wireless conferencing experience at a significantly lower price, adds 65W USB-C charging and quad-view, and its D20 dongle runs the entire meeting with zero software — the value and guest-flexibility choice. Many clients deploy ClickShare in the boardroom and eShare across the general meeting rooms. WhatsApp us your rooms and we map the right mix.
Can IT manage multiple eShare rooms across an office?
Each eShare unit has a built-in web management interface for configuration, monitoring and firmware — accessible over the office network, so IT manages every room from a desk without visiting them. There is no cloud account or subscription required. For multi-room fleets, VDS documents each unit's address at installation and offers support contracts that keep firmware current across all rooms.
Do we need to replace our TV or display to install eShare?
No. eShare connects to your existing display via HDMI — output is standard HDMI, so Samsung, LG, BenQ, Sony or any commercial display works. The W90 and W80 drive two displays each through dual HDMI outputs. You add the wireless layer on top of the screens you already own.
How is eShare firmware updated?
eShare units update through the built-in web UI or directly from a USB drive on the rear USB-A port — no cloud account required. AV Access maintains a support centre with firmware, manuals and troubleshooting per model. VDS updates units during installation and keeps client fleets current under support contracts across the UAE.
How long does eShare installation take?
A single-room eShare installation typically takes one to three hours: mounting, display connection, dongle pairing, network configuration and testing. The system is plug-and-play by design, so most of the time goes to clean cabling and network isolation setup. Multi-room rollouts are scheduled room by room. VDS installs across all seven UAE emirates.
Do you supply and install eShare across all UAE emirates?
Yes. As of 2026, VDS supplies and installs eShare wireless conferencing across all seven UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — with active client installations across more than 40 business districts and free zones.

Dubai coverage includes Business Bay, DIFC, JLT (DMCC), Barsha Heights, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Downtown Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, JAFZA, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Quoz, Al Barsha, DIP, Dubai Production City, Dubai Science Park, DWTC, DAFZA, Dubai South, Healthcare City, D3, Karama, Dubai Marina, JVC, Ras Al Khor, Dubai Festival City, Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai Outsource City.

eShare demand is strongest in the everyday business districts — Business Bay, Barsha Heights (TECOM), Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Al Quoz and Dubai Knowledge Park — and in the trading offices of Deira and Bur Dubai, where guest-heavy meeting rooms and training spaces are standard. Outside Dubai: ADGM and Al Maryah Island, Masdar City and Musaffah in Abu Dhabi; SAIF Zone and Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah; Ajman Free Zone; RAKEZ in Ras Al Khaimah; and Fujairah Free Zone.
Does eShare work with Etisalat and du office internet in the UAE?
Yes. eShare runs on your local office network and its own built-in Wi-Fi — it does not depend on the internet provider or speed. Etisalat, du or any other UAE connectivity works the same; internet is only involved for firmware downloads. VDS has installed eShare on both Etisalat and du business connections across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Does VDS export eShare to countries outside the UAE?
Yes. VDS ships eShare wireless conferencing systems from Dubai stock to business buyers across 38 countries in Africa, the Middle East, South Asia and Central Asia. Active export markets include Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Angola, DRC, Sudan, Djibouti, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Burundi, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. Export documentation and Dubai-origin certification are handled in-house.
Can I see eShare working in my own meeting room before buying?
Yes. VDS offers a room demo — we bring the eShare system to your meeting room, connect it to your display and your cameras, and your team presses the dongle button themselves before you decide. WhatsApp us to book a demo anywhere in the UAE.
